Terms of Service

Payment: All online sales must be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, or Venmo. The Longshoreman's Daughter accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.

Order Modifications: We are unable to combine separately placed orders.  Also, because we can not access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order in any way beyond cancellation after it has been placed.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your entire order, please sales@stormypeterson.com as soon as possible with your order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.

Missing or lost packages: Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. The Longshoreman's Daughter can not guarantee delivery times. In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost, please contact us after checking with your local carrier.

Wrong items: If you received the wrong product or are missing a product from your order, please contact us and we will correct the error.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our current offerings, garments are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please notify sales@stormypeterson.com and we will replace them to the best of our ability, and your satisfaction. Because our items are mostly one of a kind, or small-batch products please understand that exact replacements may not be available.

Packages returned to The Longshoreman's Daughter due to a delivery failure, or failure / refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees. Please see our Shipping Policy section (below) for additional information about international shipping restrictions. The terms set forth in the Shipping Policy section are incorporated herein by this reference.

 

Shipping Policy

The Longshoreman's Daughter ships exclusively with USPS, and USPS International.

At The Longshoreman's Daughter we are serious about work, and play, because of this our shipping dates exclude all weekends and holidays.  Keep in mind orders made after 6 PM (PST) on a Friday will not be processed or packaged until the following Monday.

International orders may take up to a month to arrive, and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods and to ensure that your orders are in compliance with such requirements. The Longshoreman's Daughter will not falsify customs forms in order to help customers evade possible import fees. Further, If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to order items that exceed that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit. The Longshoreman's Daughter has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.

All orders shipping to destination countries that are not legally allowed to trade with the United States will be cancelled without notification.
